MULA, BHAI, a Kapur Khatri, was a devoted Sikh of the time of Guru Arjan. His name is included among the noted disciples of the Gurus in Bhai Mani Singh, Sikhan di Bhagaf Maid. Amritsar, 1927-35 T.S. MULA, BHAI, a Beri Khatri, was a devoted Sikh of the time of Guru Arjan. His name is included among the Guru`s noted disciples in Bhai Mani Singh, Sikhan di Bhagat Mala. MULA, BHAI, known as Mula Kapahi (kapdh, in Punjabi meaning cotton) owing to his being in the cotton trade, was a resident of Sultanpur Lodhi, now in Kapurthala district of the Punjab.

He embraced Sikh faith at the hands of Guru Amar Das. and lived up to the time of Guru Arjan, whom he once visited in company with the Sultanpur sangat.
